Christmas in July

Each year, we provide toys and other items for our food pantry clients so that their children will have gifts for Christmas. Because there are so many requests for donations during the busy Christmas season, we collect toys and money to buy toys beginning in July. Of course, we are happy to accept donations at any time of year.

After Thanksgiving, we have a day when food pantry clients can come into the parish hall and “shop” for their children’s gifts, using tickets provided by the pantry. After gifts have been chosen, parishioners assist clients in wrapping the gifts.
