Gordon Parks BackSnacks
St. Paul’s, Harvesters, and Gordon Parks School have partnered to help feed the children at Gordon Parks over the weekend. Many Gordon Parks students come from families that need help acquiring nutritious food, and would have hungry weekends without their “Backsnacks.” Each Thursday, Harvesters provides the food, and St. Paul’s parishioners pack it up in backpacks and take it to the school. It only takes a few hours, and requires moderate heavy lifting.
